Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • All orders placed on Kushona Vastra are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your order for shipment.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the following business day.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time & Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: This option takes between 3-7 business days depending on your location. It is available across most parts of India.
  • Express Shipping: If you need your items sooner, we offer express shipping at an additional charge, and your order will arrive within 1-3 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges:

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹1,000. For orders below ₹1,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied.
  • Express shipping charges vary depending on your location and the size of the order. You will be able to see the exact cost at checkout.

Delivery Areas:

  • We currently deliver across all major cities and regions in India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • Some remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times due to their location.

Order Tracking:

  • After dispatch, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can use this to monitor the progress of your order until it reaches your doorstep.
