Return Window:
- We gladly accept returns of unused and unworn items within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons:
- Innerwear
- Swimwear
- Accessories (earrings, scarves, etc.)
- Additionally, final sale items or items bought during clearance sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team at kushonavastra@gmail.com with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to ship your return package.
- The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Return Shipping:
- Please ensure the items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
- For damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that the original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), follow the same process as returns. You will need to place a new order for the desired item after the original return is processed.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as per your preference.
Refunds for Sale Items:
- Unfortunately, items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes are not eligible for refunds. All sales of these items are final.
